Service and subscription terms

Service

ikami is a digital photo journal service operated by Mingdi, LLC (United States). Upload photos to create, save, browse and export journals. Physical printing and shipping are not included.

Trial and plans

Registered accounts can create one book free. Light includes 1 book per month, Everyday 4, and Keepsake 10, with up to 20 photos per book. Monthly prices for international plans are US$19.99, 49.99 and 99.99; annual prices, charged once, are US$199.99, 499.99 and 999.99. Annual allowances still reset monthly on the subscription date, without rollover. The final amount and billing period are those you confirm in Stripe.

Renewal, cancellation and payment

Paid plans renew automatically. Open Stripe management from Generation allowance and subscription to view payment methods or cancel renewal. Access and allowance after cancellation follow the status and expiry shown by Stripe; failed payments may suspend allowance. Contact [email protected] about charges, refunds or bills. We handle requests according to the order and applicable rules.

Photos and generated content

Upload only photos and text you have the right to use, respecting others’ privacy. You may save, share and print your own journals. Confirm licensing before commercial use, creating merchandise or using platform materials commercially. Generated content may contain recognition or layout errors; review it before sharing or printing.

Account and availability

Protect your email and verification codes. Network, third-party model or payment failures may temporarily interrupt service. For creation issues, provide the time and account email so we can check allowance and cost records. See Privacy and data for account data requests.
