ikami is operated by Mingdi, LLC in the United States. Contact [email protected] for personal information or data deletion requests.
Information processed
Email addresses, verification records and sessions support registration and account protection. Selected photos, originals, capture dates, journal text, generated pages and analysis results support journal creation and storage. Originals may include EXIF such as location. Plan, subscription, generation and cost records support allowances and troubleshooting. Stripe handles card details; our server does not receive complete card numbers.
Service providers
Selected photos and necessary text are sent to Volcengine Ark models for photo recognition, text and decoration generation. Lark email delivers verification codes. Stripe handles subscription payment and management. Providers process necessary information under their own service arrangements. Do not submit generation if you do not want photos analyzed by model services.
Storage, access and deletion
Journals and originals are stored under your account and accessible only to valid account sessions. Deleting a journal in the app also deletes its associated photos, pages and files. Account details, billing records and possible backups are not automatically deleted with a book. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of account data. Records needed by law or for payment disputes are retained for the necessary period.
Cross-border processing and security
The operator is in the United States, payments may be processed abroad, and photo analysis uses Volcengine Ark. Account permission checks, restricted original-image links and signature verification protect data. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure. Contact us if you notice an issue.
Changes
We update this page and its date when data processing changes materially. Send privacy, access and deletion requests to [email protected].
